Swine Flu Signals: Vaccine in the Schools

Health officials are looking toward thousands of schools and day care centers to mount a possible mass vaccination program against the H1N1 swine flu this fall, government planners said Thursday.

As you can see, they're getting us ready, putting the little items out there, getting ready for the Fall. The above is from this article published July 9th: Swine Flu Vaccination May Target Schools
Obama Administration Says H1N1 Swine Flu Vaccine May Be Ready in October I like that; "may be ready." We'll be seeing more of these items over the summer, I'm sure. This isn't the first item to appear over the past few months about a vaccine, and the plan to vaccinate school children (and staff?) in the schools. . . if this happens, is it voluntary? What about adults? According to the article, the "plan" allows for voluntary participation:
Officials said they were planning on a voluntary vaccination program focusing on children, adults with underlying diseases, health care workers, and families of small children and infants.
